Ernest T. Rosselli began his entrepreneurial career in 1977 with Rosselli Trucking, Inc. What started as a trucking company became the foundation of a far broader career.

His experience expanded from trucking into rail and barge logistics, and then into industrial materials, beneficial reuse, environmental remediation, environmental technologies, energy and industrial development, business development, and project development.

Through hauling waste materials, Rosselli recognized opportunities to move materials traditionally treated as waste toward practical applications. That recognition — that a disposal problem is often a misidentified resource — shaped the decades of work that followed, including Beneficial Ash Management, Inc., fly-ash utilization, and contaminated-soil remediation.

More than a decade of that career has been devoted to oyster-based environmental-market development, which continues today through ETR Enterprises LLC.

The consistent thread is not a single technology or industry. It is the ability to understand a difficult problem from the operational, logistical, technical, and commercial sides and identify whether a workable opportunity exists.
