Project Experience

Nearly Five Decades of Solving Complex Industrial and Environmental Challenges.

Presented by capability rather than chronology, this experience reflects a consistent approach: understanding operations, materials, logistics, technology, relationships, and markets well enough to identify practical opportunities and determine how they can be executed.

Nearly Five Decades of Business, Industrial, Environmental & Project Development Experience.

ETR Enterprises LLC draws on nearly five decades of professional experience developed by Owner / Founder Ernest T. Rosselli across business, environmental, industrial, transportation, technology, and project-development ventures.

Presented by capability rather than chronology, this experience reflects a consistent approach: understanding operations, materials, logistics, technology, relationships, and markets well enough to identify practical opportunities and determine how they can be executed.

Transportation & Industrial Logistics

Ernest T. Rosselli began Rosselli Trucking, Inc. in 1977, and that trucking operation became the practical foundation for everything that followed.

The work progressed from trucking into rail and barge logistics supporting industrial operations. Logistics capability is what makes industrial and environmental projects executable at scale: material has to move, on schedule, at a cost that works.

02

Beneficial Reuse & Waste-to-Resource Development

Hauling waste materials exposed a practical observation that shaped decades of work: materials treated as waste often retain real technical and commercial usefulness.

That recognition led to evaluating material characteristics, identifying appropriate applications, and structuring the handling, placement, and logistics required to move material toward beneficial use rather than disposal. Rosselli developed Beneficial Ash Management, Inc. around that approach.

03

Coal & Fly-Ash Utilization

Coal combustion byproducts are among the clearest examples of large-volume materials with genuine utilization potential.

Rosselli served as project monitor for three fly-ash utilization projects sponsored by E & L Brokerage, Inc. at Pennsylvania State University — work that reflects the same waste-to-resource philosophy applied at industrial scale.

04

Contaminated-Soil Remediation

The experience behind ETR includes contaminated-soil remediation work involving thermal remediation of contaminated soils and the operational problem solving that surrounds it.

Remediation projects rarely resolve on technology alone. They depend on material handling, sequencing, transportation, and disciplined execution on site — where technical capability meets logistics.

05

Industrial, Energy & Business Development

Additional experience includes power-generation consulting, CFB power-plant consulting, oil-and-gas materials and logistics, frac sand, chemicals, business development, and project development.

This work is described at a high level; specific facilities, counterparties, and commercial terms are discussed directly rather than published.

Environmental Market Development

For more than a decade, Rosselli's work has involved oyster aquaculture, nutrient remediation, environmental rehabilitation, and environmental-market development through his collaboration with William Tolar Nolley Jr.

That effort continues today as ETR's current initiative in nutrient and water-quality environmental markets. The full story of that development is told on the Leadership page.
